2.5 Gallons of our premixed (already catalyzed, just open an go!) stabilizing resin. 

SOS 3.0 is easy to use, gets great penetration, and has minimal bleed out. Combine with our concentrated powdered dyes for awesome color effects on your stabilized wood. 

Steps for stabilizing:

  1. Completely dry wood (Drying oven until it no longer loses weight)
  2. Completely submerge wood in SOS 3.0 inside vacuum chamber
  3. Pull full vacuum until bubbles stop
  4. Remove and cure in oven at 200-250F. No need to wrap in foil... Just put on a wire rack over a pan to catch the tiny bit that bleeds out.
